SNOW PRINTS
After some initial experiments at the beginning of last year I have formalized my snow print series into and ongoing investigation. This work, A Record of Snowfall will be made every winter I live in a cold climate and will consist of a collection of prints made every time I see snow or perceive a change in the way snow is falling. Each print is a unique representation of snow collected for a fixed length of time at the documented date and time.
I have quite a collection going thanks to the recent blizzard but will not upload the full work until the Spring when the first season's work is complete. Until then here are two created on the morning of January 26th.
